Note: This article discusses both Blueprint and Availability Planning styles of reservation management.

Setting Up Basic Information

Name: This is the title of the experience, which guests will see on exploretock.com.

Short Code: The short code will display on your Timeline to indicate the experience attached to specific sections of your floor plan.

Experience Color: A color can be set to quickly identify the different experiences offered when setting up your availability.

Description: Use the experience description to communicate pertinent details for the offering.

Tag your Experience: An experience tag helps increase your experience’s visibility by showing the offering in relevant search results on exploretock.com.

Campaign Tag: Add an optional campaign tag to special experiences so they appear in relevant search results.

Adding a Location

If the experience takes place at a different location than your business, specify an alternate address here.

When an alternate location is set, the address will be visible to guests at checkout, as well as in guest’s confirmation emails.

Customizing Availability

The custom cutoff settings for an experience allow for an alternative cutoff time to be implemented for a specific experience.

Specify a cutoff time by either (a) number of days and time of day prior to booking or (b)  amount of time prior to booking.

If a custom cutoff is not necessary for the experience, the default cutoff settings can be selected instead. Default cutoff settings can be configured from the Availability Tab of the dashboard.
