There are two ways to fulfill waitlist requests from your Dashboard. You can either notify waitlist guests of availability, prompting them to contact your team to secure a booking, or you can book guests directly.

Notifying guests of availability

To notify waitlist guests of availability:

  1. From the Reservations tab, click Timeline.
  2. Click the available tile for which you'd like to book the waitlist party.  
  3. Click Send reservation to waitlist.
  4. Select the guests you’d like to notify of availability.
  5. Click the blue Email guests button. 

This will send an email to the selected guest notifying them of the availability - this is not a guarantee of reservation. Guests will be prompted to reach out to your team to secure the booking.

Booking guests from the waitlist

To book guests from the waitlist:

  1. From the Reservations tab, click Timeline.
  2. Click an available tile for the time and table you'd like to book the waitlist party.  
  3. Click Send reservation to waitlist.
  4. Select a guest you’d like to book.
  5. Click either Book now or Book via email.

When selecting Book via email, the reservation will be held for the time you set. Once expired, the reservation will become available.
