Before creating Blueprints, set up Reservation Hours for each service and customize Turn Times.
Setting Reservation Hours
Set each day’s available time range by service. The start time reflects the first available reservation time, while the end time reflects when the last reservation should be finished.
Reservation Hours will be reflected in newly created Blueprints and are separate from the public-facing Business Page Hours.

To Set Reservation Hours
- From the Control Panel tab, click Reservation Hours.
- Click the + button to add a service and time range.
- Add services for each day your business is open.
- Enter a start and end time for those services.
- Click the + button to add in additional services.
- Click Save and Apply.
After modifying Reservation Hours, you can create new Blueprints. Remove available reservations before applying the Blueprints. Finally, apply the newly created Blueprints. This will ensure adjustments are accurately reflected on the Timeline.

Customizing Turn Times
Turn times represent how long a reservation will be seated. This feature will help your team to visualize table availability and capacities while setting up Blueprints. Turn times are configured per party size range and can be adjusted for each experience you offer.
To customize your Turn Times
- From the Control Panel tab, click Times and Turns.
- Set default turn times using the dropdown menu for each party size range.
- To customize further, click Select an experience to modify and select the Experience from the menu.
- Click Save and Apply.
