Integrating with Tripleseat Leads

Tock partners with Tripleseat to offer a real-time, one-way integration that brings Tock private dining requests into Tripleseat as leads.

Getting Started

Initiating setup from Tripleseat

1. Within Tripleseat, click Settings.
2. Click Tripleseat API/Webhooks.
3. Copy the Tripleseat Public API key.

Completing the integration from Tock

1. From the Control Panel tab, click Integrations, then click Directory.
2. Scroll to Tripleseat Leads, then click Connect.
3. Paste the public API key into the open field, then click Next.
4. Select the Tripleseat location from the dropdown options.
5. Click Connect.

Using Tripleseat with Tock

To use Tripleseat with Tock, enable the Private Event Request form within Tock.

To enable the Private Event Request form on your Business Page: 

1. From the Control Panel tab, click Business Page, then click Private Events.
2. Switch the toggle to Enabled.
3. Enter a notification email address.

Once the integration is live, guests will be able to submit private event requests directly from your Tock page.

Each guest that submits a private event request will receive an email confirming that their request has been received.

All private event requests will automatically be entered into Tripleseat as a new lead for your team to process.
