How to schedule a table release

For tables marked as in-house or fully blocked, you can now automatically switch them to be available online a set amount of time prior to the start of service.

  1. Navigate to Control Panel, and select Availability Planning
  2. Select the Schedule that you want and click Edit
  3. Select Services in the top bar and click on the service you want to optimize tables for
  4. In the left panel, select the pencil icon next to Optimize table availability Screen_Shot_2021-09-27_at_1.58.44_PM.png
    1. Toggle the switch to Enabled
    2. Select the amount of Time prior to service that you want the tables to automatically switch to be available online
      1. You can select from 2 hours up to 72 hours prior to the start of service Screen_Shot_2021-09-27_at_2.00.41_PM.png
    3. Select Add tables to configure the specific tables you want this setting to apply to
      1. Click on a table - if it is Offered in-house only or set to Block table, you'll be able to select Optimize table availability Screen_Shot_2021-09-27_at_2.02.20_PM.png
      2. Tables with Optimize table availability enabled will display a shaded icon
      3. Publish the scheduleScreen_Shot_2021-09-27_at_2.03.34_PM.png
      4. In Timeline, tables with this setting configured will be highlighted blue Screen_Shot_2021-09-27_at_2.09.15_PM.png
