The Availability Snapshot indicates critical actions that require your attention, such as availability settings that are about to lapse. Click the calendar icon in the top-right corner to access your Availability Snapshot.
If there are no availability settings that need your review, the icon will be green.
If there are settings that may be lapsing soon, the icon will be green with a red dot.
If there are critical settings that require your review as soon as possible, the icon will be red.
Critical Actions
When the icon is red, there are critical actions that require your review. This means there are one or more settings preventing guests from seeing and booking your offerings. Click the link next to each setting to be redirected to the relevant page to update that setting.
Critical actions may include:
- Global availability window in the past.
- A published schedule is in the past.
- No offerings configured for guests to book.
Recommended Actions
When the icon is green with a red dot, there are recommended actions that you should review. This means that are settings that are about to lapse, or experiences that may not be visible to all guests. If settings are about to lapse, you will see a recommended action within 30 days. Click the link next to each setting to be redirected to the relevant page to update that setting.
Recommend actions may include:
- Your global availability window lapsing in the next 30 days.
- A schedule will be ending in the next 30 days.
- An experience is hidden from guests.
If all your availability settings are properly configured and scheduled more than 30 days in the future, the icon will be green.
