Tock's operations reports are useful for prepping staff before service or analyzing trends.

All reports can be printed directly from the dashboard, or downloaded as a CSV for manipulation in a spreadsheet. 

  • Reservations - every booking for the selected time period, displayed in a scrollable table.

  • Chits - allows you to generate a printable PDF of chits from a desktop computer.

  • Feedback - feedback that's been collected from guests for experiences that have post-visit feedback enabled.

  • Guests - sold bookings over a period of time, organized by guest.

  • Pre-service - a more streamlined version of the Reservations report.

  • Post-service - a post-service summary of when guests were seated and when they left, as well as table and server assignments. 

  • Snapshot - a visual representation of covers and party sizes per each 15-minute interval.

  • Notify - a report of all guests who have been added to your notify list.
