Experiences can be archived from Tock internally and removed from the public-facing business page externally.

How to Delete a To Go Offering

  1. From the Control Panel, navigate to the To Go tab and select a To Go offering.
  2.  Select the Visibility and access tab.
    • Toggle the Experience visibility off.
    • This will remove the To Go experience from the business page and it will no longer be accessible to the public.

How to Archive a To Go Offering

To completely remove an offering from the To Go panel in the dashboard:

  1. From Control Panel, navigate to the To Go tab.
  2. Select the ToGo offering and click on the vertical 3 dots menu.
  3. .Select Archive - this will remove the To Go experience from being visible on the To Go page.
Note: All archived experiences can be viewed by selecting Past/Archived from the dropdown in the top-right corner.

Adjusting Visibility in Inventory Setup

Visibility for a To Go experience can be removed by adjusting the Inventory Setup start and end dates.

  1. From Control Panel, select the To Go offering, and select Inventory Setup.
  2. Set the Starting and Ending dates in the past - this will remove all availability for that experience. This can be done either before or after turning visibility for that experience off.
