Creating an Add-on Group
 

Before creating an Add-on, create an Add-on group.

To create an Add-on group:

  1. From the Control Panel, click To Go.
  2. Click on the To Go offering, then click Add-ons.
  3. Click + Create add-on group.
  4. Click Create new add-on group or Create add-on group from existing offering. 
  5. If creating a new Add-on group, add a Name and Description. These fields will be visible to guests.
  6. Select the Section limit.
    • Limit one per person - guests select one item in the Add-on group for each person in their party. 

    • Limit one item per party- guests select one of each item in the Add-on group, regardless of party size.
    • Custom limit - Guests may select up to a fixed number of items in the Add-on group, regardless of party size.
    • Unlimited - guests select an unlimited amount of items in the Add-on group.
  7. Select box to require guests to select at least one Add-on from the group.
  8. Select box to require all guests to select the same item to require guests to choose the same item.
  9. Click Create.
  10. If creating an Add-on from an existing offering, select an offering from the dropdown.
  11. Select an Add-on group from the dropdown, then click Create add-on group.

Creating an Add-on

Once you've created a group, create Add-ons.

To create an Add-on:

  1. From the Control Panel, click Experiences.
  2. Select the Experience, click Add-ons.
  3. Click + Create add-on.
  4. Add a Name, Description, Price, Image, and Tax. If the Add-on is free, set the price to $0.
    • Set in-stock limit if applicable. 
    • Select Age verification if applicable.
  5. Click Create.

Tracking add-on inventory

Two financial reports are useful for keeping track of Add-ons sold. Administrators or Account Owners can view these by selecting the Reports tab at the top.

  • Item Sales - shows Add-ons sold in the date range selected by the date picker.
  • Item Income - shows Add-ons picked up or delivered in the date range selected by the date picker.

Both of these reports can be downloaded as a CSV file.
