Setting Up To Go Inventory

The Inventory setup page allows you to define when and how often a To Go Experience is offered.

Order schedule

To set the order schedule:

1. From the Control Panel tab, click To Go.
2. Select the Experience, click Inventory setup.
3. Select the offering frequency from the dropdown: daily, weekly, monthly or custom.
4. Choose how you want inventory to be released:
   • Automatically release inventory - Release inventory on a rolling basis, a specified number of days into the future. Select a start date and automatic inventory window, then specify an end date, or let it roll forward continuously.
   • Manually release inventory - Manually set a start and end date for your inventory.
5. Configure Excluded days for dates you don't want orders to be available.
6. Click Save.

Order Restrictions and Order Quantities

To set order restrictions and order quantities:

1. From the Control Panel tab, click To Go.
2. Select the Experience, click Inventory setup.
3. For package offerings, select the number of guests served by a single package.
   • Set the minimum and maximum package(s) per order.
4. For Prixe fixe offerings, enter the minimum and maximum guest(s) per order.
   • Limit to only an even number by checking Even sizes only.
5. Set the capacity by number of total guests or number of total orders.
6. Select pickup/delivery time from the dropdown and enter the number of guests/orders/packages.
7. Click Add time for additional time slots. 
8. Click Save.
