Once a reservation is booked, your team can edit it from your Dashboard. If you'd prefer to require a passcode for certain edit actions, visit Passcode-Protected Actions.

Note: Reservations cannot be edited more that 30 days after the service date.

To edit a reservation:

  1. From the Timeline or Service tab, click on the booking in the Guest list.
  2. In the reservation panel, click Edit.
  3. Modify the booking date, experience, party size, booking time, turn time, and guest or visit information, as needed.
  4. Click Continue or Continue to payment.
  5. Depending on the booking change, you'll be able to make additional modifications on the next screen:
    • Add a custom charge or discount.
    • Add or remove add-ons or menu items.
    • Issue a refund if the booking total has decreased due to the update.
    • Collect payment if the booking total has increased due to the update.
  6. Once all modifications have been made, click Update.
