Once a reservation is booked, your team can edit it from your Dashboard. If you'd prefer to require a passcode for certain edit actions, visit Passcode-Protected Actions.
Note: Reservations cannot be edited more that 30 days after the service date.
To edit a reservation:
- From the Timeline or Service tab, click on the booking in the Guest list.
- In the reservation panel, click Edit.
- Modify the booking date, experience, party size, booking time, turn time, and guest or visit information, as needed.
- Click Continue or Continue to payment.
- Depending on the booking change, you'll be able to make additional modifications on the next screen:
- Add a custom charge or discount.
- Add or remove add-ons or menu items.
- Issue a refund if the booking total has decreased due to the update.
- Collect payment if the booking total has increased due to the update.
- Once all modifications have been made, click Update.
