Note: Rescheduling a reservation is slightly different for businesses using either Availability Planning or Blueprints style reservation management.

In this article, we'll review how to reschedule a guest's reservation from your Dashboard.

Rescheduling for Availability Planning reservation management 

If your business uses Availability Planning style reservation management,  follow these steps to reschedule a booking:

  1. From the Timeline or Service tab, click on the booking in the Guest list.
  2. In the reservation panel, click Edit.
  3. On the next screen, select a new date from the Date dropdown menu, if needed.
  4. In the Time field, select a new time from time dropdown, if needed.

  5. Click Continue to Payment, then click Update to finalize.

Rescheduling for Blueprints reservation management 

If your business uses Blueprints style reservation management, follow these steps to reschedule a booking:

  1. From the Timeline or Service tab, click on the booking in the Guest list.
  2. In the reservation panel, click the down arrow next to Edit. 
  3. Click Reschedule.

  4. To reschedule to a different day, click the date picker at the top of the page.
  5. Click on an available slot.
  6. Click the blue Reschedule button to complete the action.
  7. On the next page, choose whether you want to keep the original time slot.

To reschedule to a time and date that has no available slots, click the + icon to create a new slot, then follow the steps listed above.
