Configuring Email Notifications

Tock will blind copy (bcc) all email communication with your guests.

To add email addresses to receive notifications: 

1. From the Control Panel tab, click Settings.
2. Click Notifications.
3. Enter email addresses to receive each type of notification. Separate email addresses by commas.
4. For reservation notifications by Experience, click Get notifications for only specific experiences.
5. Select Experiences.
6. Click Save.

To set up email filters, view Create rules to filter your emails article for Gmail. Most email clients have a similar feature.
