Note: This feature is only supported for businesses using Blueprints reservation management.
Blueprints reservation management simplifies the setup of your availability by giving control of when to offer reservations.
To use Blueprints
- From the Control Panel tab, and click Experiences. Create new experiences or modify existing ones.
- Create tables and rooms to configure your room layout, table capacities, or the number of tables available.
- Configure the reservation hours, turn times, and pacing limits.
- Create a Blueprint to decide when to offer reservations, allowing you to determine the flow of guests.
- Apply the Blueprint by clicking Apply all to dates in the top-right.
- If you need to close for a particular date, select Remove available reservations and choose the date and service.
When you’re ready to go live, release your Availability.
