Enable Multi-Experience tables within schedules to offer more availability.

Configuring Multi-Experience Tables

  1. From your Dashboard, go to your Control Panel.
  2. Click on Availability Planning from the left menu.
  3. Edit an existing Schedule.
  4. Click on Services and click a service to edit.
  5. Click the edit icon next to Table Availability.
  6. Select a Table.
  7. Click Add, and select additional experiences to apply to a table.

  1. Click Save to publish schedule.

Bulk editing Multi-Experience tables 

  1. Go to Control Panel, and click the Availability Planning tab.
  2. Click the Edit button on the Schedule.
  3. Click Services in the top panel.
  4. Click on the service that you want to edit.
  5. Click the pencil icon next to Table Availability. 
  6. Click the blue grid icon for the Edit multiple tables.

  1. Select the tables you’d like to edit and Edit selected tables.
  2. Click Edit experiences for selected table.
  3. Use the checkboxes to add additional experiences to apply to a table.
  4. Click Apply.

Are there limits to the number of experiences that can be added to a table?

Are there other limitations to the types of experiences that can be added to a table?

No, even if pricing or turn time is different per experience, they can be added to the same table.

 

Will imported experiences show up on schedules?

No, if you’d like to apply an experience to a table, you’ll have to create that experience within Tock to apply that to a table.

 

How does this work with table combos?

An experience has availability for a table combination when all tables in the combination support that experience.

 

Can guests book different experiences within a single party?

No, despite multiple experiences being offered on a table, only one experience can be selected for a party.
