Managing To Go orders is available on the dashboard allowing for daily insight of the overall ToGo flow.

Viewing and managing all orders

  1. From the Control Panel, navigate to the Operations tab.
  2. Select the Pickup or Delivery reports to view orders.

Configuring Automatic Chit Printing for ToGo Orders

Choose to configure Chits to print automatically a set time before the to go order.

  1. From Control Panel, select the ToGo tab.
  2. Select a ToGo offering.
  3. Select the Chits tab.
  4. Toggle the Automatic chit printing enabled switch on.
  5. Set the auto-print time window and save.

Managing deliveries

  1. Navigate to http://delivery.exploretock.com/ to view deliveries.
  2. Drivers can navigate to Google Maps or message the guest.
  3. Once the driver marks an order as ‘delivered’, the guest will receive an automated text message.

  4. If an order was marked as ‘delivered’ prematurely, it can be marked as ‘undelivered’.

Managing pickups

  1. Navigate to Reservations and then Timeline.
  2. Click on any pickup order from the Orders tab.
    • In the guest details, toggle the pickup icon once the order has been picked up.
    • In the Guest list tab, the picked up icon on all orders will display for all orders marked as picked up.
