Notifications are available for To Go orders from the dashboard.

  • The Pulse Notification is available per offering type allowing for a notification to display a set amount of time before the order is due. 
  • For a notification at the time of booking, there are two options: 
    • Pulse and Sound Alert set on one designated device.
    • Text Notifications set per offering.

Enabling Order Due Notifications  

Per To Go offering, the pulse notification displays a blue screen on Dashboards for all open devices at a set amount of time before an order is due. 

Note: The Tock Dashboard must be open on the device for the pulse notifications to work.
  1. Navigate to the To Go offering and select the Notifications tab.
  2. Toggle Notifications enabled to "on".
  3. Set the Notification time window in an increment from 5 minutes to 2 hours before the order is due.

Enabling Pulse and Sound Alert  

This will pulse a blue screen and sound a chime alert at the time of booking for all To Go offerings on one designated device. 

Note: The Tock Dashboard must be open on the device for the pulse notifications to work.
  1. Select the three vertical dots icon in the upper righthand corner of your Dashboard, and select Enable alerts

Enabling Text Notifications  

This will send a text message at the time of booking to a designated phone number that is set up per To Go offering.

Note: Text messaging is not available on all plans. Please contact hospitality@resy.com to learn more about plan offerings.
  1. Navigate to the To Go offering and select the Notifications tab.
  2. Toggle Text alerts to "on".
  3. Select Add a phone number.                                 
  4. Add the phone number to receive the text message.
  5. Click Update phone number.
