How do I set the delivery address and radius?

  1. From the Control Panel tab, click Settings, then click Delivery.
  2. Enter a driving distance, then click Save.

How is the delivery distance calculated (geographic or driving distance)?

Delivery distance is calculated based on driving distance (similar to Google Maps).

How do I change my delivery fee based on distance?

  1. From the Control Panel tab, click Settings, then click Delivery.
  2. Enter an additional fee per number of miles, then click Save. You can set an amount to waive the delivery fee if the subtotal is above that amount.

How do I add a driver?

  1. From the Control Panel tab, click Team.
  2. Click the blue Add team member button.
Note: All team members can be assigned to a delivery order. “Drivers” can only access the page delivery.exploretock.com/guests.

How do I assign a driver to an order?

  1. From the Reservations tab, click Timeline, then click Orders.
  2. Click on an order from the side panel.
  3. Select a driver from the dropdown menu.
