How to Modify an Existing To Go Order

  1. Navigate to Reservations, and Timeline or Service.
  2. Click on the order to modify under the Guest List tab.
  3. Click on the icon to edit the order - this will open a screen with the order details.                      
  4. Select Continue to payment. 
    • Choose add-on options to modify.
    • Click the View order button and modify the order as needed; then select Update.
      • The guest will get an email notification that the order has been updated.
  5. Select update and choose to pay for any difference or select pay-later to collect payment on-site.
