Tock offers a real-time, two-way integration with the Micros Simphony and 3700 POS systems. Benefits include:
Streamlined Service
- The Tock party status automatically updates to “Appetizer,” “Entree,” or “Dessert” when mapped category menu items are fired from a POS check.
- The Tock party status changes to “Paid” when the associated POS check is closed, helping hosts anticipate upcoming table availability.
- A POS check with the guest name, party size, table, and server name automatically opens when you seat a reservation or walk-in party in Tock. Optional
Guest Order Data
POS check data is automatically pulled into Tock, displaying what’s been ordered in real-time.
- Easily find the POS check details for past guest visits, including:
- POS check number
- Table
- Server name
- Party size
- Ordered items
- Check total
- Guest spend data is pulled into Tock, and is available on the guest profile, within the guest directory, and the Tock API, including:
- Total spend
- Average spend per visit
- Spend last year
Automated Prepayments
- Any payments already made on Tock will push to the auto-opened POS check as a lump sum payment credit. Optional
Reporting Reconciliation
- Tock payments pushed to Micros are visible as part of POS reporting. Optional
