Adding a "Book Now" Button on Facebook

Adding a Book Now button to your Facebook Page links guests to your Tock Business Page for a seamless experience to book reservations. 

Set up 

When adding the Book Now button, the email address of the user currently logged in to Tock and the email address currently logged in to Facebook must be the same.

To add the Book Now button on Facebook:

  1. Log into your Facebook Business Page.
  2. Click +Add a Button below the banner image.
  3. Click Book Services.
  4. Click Book Now.
  5. Enter your Tock business page URL. for example, www.exploretock.com/restaurantname).

FAQ

How many call-to-action buttons can be added to a Facebook Page?

Only one CTA (Call to action) button can be active on Facebook at one time. Other call-to-action buttons must be removed before setting up the Book Now button. 

What role access is required to add a Book Now button to Facebook? 

The user logged into Tock must have an Administrator or Account Owner role access.
