Setup
Initial Connection
To connect the Bloom Intelligence platform to a Tock account, email integrate@tockhq.com requesting that the integration be connected.
This email should be sent from an Account Owner.
Within 72 business hours, Tock will email an API key. To complete the connection:
- Log into the Bloom Intelligence dashboard.
- Navigate to the menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Click Locations, then select the location to integrate with Tock.
- Click the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect on the Tock integration.
- Once the pop-up appears, paste the provided API key, and the Tock Business ID and Tock Business Group ID from the email received from Tock.
- Click Connect.
- Repeat these steps for every location that will be connected.
No additional configuration is required on Tock.

Do guests who book reservations on Tock opt into messaging via Bloom Intelligence?
Bloom Intelligence pulls in Tock’s email opt-in guest data and continuously updates the database for opt-outs. Guests can opt-out at any time via all Bloom channels, including from this link.
How does the Bloom integration work?
Tock guest and reservation information is sent to Bloom Intelligence, creating guest profiles or appending existing guest profiles. This information feeds into a single customer view, defining audiences, and allowing automation of messaging functionality within Bloom Intelligence. Guests can opt-out at any time.
How does this work with guest messaging provided by Tock?
Bloom Intelligence email and text messaging is separate from any messaging provided by Tock.
