Tock allows for the ability to determine whether or not each experience should count towards pacing. Pacing allows for the control of guest flow as outlined in this article. Not all experiences may count towards pacing limits. For example:

  • A winery tour experience may accommodate any number of guests and should not count towards pacing limits, whereas the standard dining experience should count towards pacing limits.
  • A private dining experience is staffed completely separately from the standard dining experience so the private dining experience should not count towards pacing limits, while the standard dining experience does.

To exclude specific experiences from pacing,

  1. From the Control Panel tab, click Availability Planning
  2. Click the Edit button for the Schedule you want to edit, then click Services.
  3. Click on the service you want to edit.
  4. In the edit panel, click Pacing.
  5. Click on the pencil icon to open the pacing panel.
  6. Change the toggle in the upper-right to Enabled.
    • Each experience added to the service has an include and exclude option.
    • Click Exclude to prevent an experience’s covers from being counted towards pacing limits.
