Understanding the settings within Table Availability

Changing the Experience applied

Tables can have up to five experiences applied at a time. You will be able to choose from any of your Active Experiences. Experiences that are Archived will not show in the dropdown list.

Find an Experience color legend can be found in the bottom right corner. Changing the color of your Experiences can help you visualize while setting up Table Availability. For more information, view the Experience settings article.

Offering tables for online bookings

Tables set as Available will be able to be booked by guests online and by your in-house team for the full time range of the service.

Offering tables for in-house only bookings

Tables that are marked as in-house will only be available exclusively to your internal team to book. This is a great feature to use if your business has large tables or table combinations that you would prefer to only be booked through your team.

For more information about how to set your table combinations as in-house only, view the Table Combinations article.

Blocking table availability

Tables that are blocked will not show as bookable to guests online or through the Blue Book reservation icon by your internal team. Blocked tables are bookable by booking directly on the Timeline.

Optimizing table availability

The Optimize table availability feature allows you to set tables that are marked as in-house only and release these tables to the public to book reservations at a set time before the reservation if not already booked. For more information, view the Optimize Table Availability article.

Set Table Prioritization

The Table prioritization feature allows you to give each table a priority. This will help the system apply table assignments that align with your business's values. For more information, view the Table Prioritization article.

Marking table as Inactive

Tables that are marked Inactive will no longer be bookable by guests online or by your internal team. Inactive tables will not show on the Timeline, but will show on the Service view. These tables will not be bookable however, you are able to seat parties during service to them.
