eCELLAR is a data-driven DTC sales and CRM platform designed for wineries. This platform provides insight into Tock reservation and guest data, made available in the eCELLAR dashboard.

Setup

Initial Connection

To connect eCELLAR to Tock, a Tock user with Account Owner role access will need to send an email requesting the integration be connected. Send the email to both of the following email addresses:

Within 48-72 business hours, eCELLAR will respond with an update on the connection status.

FAQ

How does the integration work?

When a reservation is booked (or updated) in Tock, reservation details and associated guest data will push into eCELLAR within 24 hours.

Is any guest or club data pushed into Tock from eCELLAR?

No. The integration only syncs data in one direction (Tock → eCELLAR).

Is it possible to modify a Tock reservation from inside eCELLAR?

No, changes made in eCELLAR will not update the reservation in Tock.
