Note: This feature is available to businesses using Availability Planning reservation management.
To close dates outside of a set schedule, add Closed Days (i.e. holidays or private parties).
Closed days take priority over any existing schedules or special days and should not be used for weekly scheduled closure that should be defined in schedules. Closed days will clear any availability from a regularly set schedule and block guests from booking.
- Navigate to Control Panel, and select Availability Planning
- Select Add closed day.
- Select the Date and click ✓ to save a closed day.
- Click Yes, close day when prompted with the notification.
- Click Yes, close day when prompted with the notification.
- Select the Date and click ✓ to save a closed day.
