Note: This feature is only supported for businesses using Availability Planning reservation management.

Services allow you to define and customize the days, times, capacities, and Experiences offered within your schedule.

Creating a Service

To start creating a Service:

  1. From the Control Panel tab, click Availability Planning.
  2. Click Schedule, then click Edit.
  3. Click Services, then click the + Add Service in the top-right.
  4. Select the days of the week to offer your Service.
  5. Select the Service type: All Day, Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner. 
  6. Select the Start time. This will be the time you want to start offering reservations.
  7. Select the End time. This will be the time you want the last reservation to start.
  8. Select the Experience to assign to that Service. You’ll be able to adjust Experiences after adding your Service. 
  9. Click Add serviceand blue boxes will appear on the grid for the new Service. Days and times included in the same Service are designated by the same colored dot. Tock Dashboard 2023-05-02 at 2.24.42 PM.jpg
  10. To add multiple services, follow steps 1-9.

After your Services are set up:

  11. If needed, delete a service by clicking Delete service.
