Allow guests to join your waitlist online, before they arrive at your business. Guests can only join the online walk-in waitlist today, and not for dates in the future.

Enabling the online walk-in waitlist

To enable the online walk-in waitlist:

  1. From the Reservations tab, click Timeline or Service.
  2. From the Guests sub-tab, click the walk-in icon in the bottom-left.          Tock Dashboard 2024-04-29 at 3.22.45 PM.png  
  3. Click the configuration icon to enable or disable the online walk-in waitlist.Screen Shot 2023-12-13 at 2.11.26 PM.png
Note: You’ll need to manually turn off the online walk-in waitlist function during closed hours.

The walk-in waitlist will always appear online if this feature is enabled. For example, if you disable the online walk-in waitlist today, but want to enable it tomorrow for service, you'll need to update the settings tomorrow to be enabled.                           

Viewing walk-in waitlist requests

Guests that add themselves to the online walk-in waitlist  will appear in your walk-ins list as Walk-in (online)

Click into a walk-in request to see when the guest added themselves to the waitlist.
