OrderPort is a multi-platform system designed for managing direct-to-consumer wine sales. Integrating Tock and OrderPort allows you to offer exclusive Tock reservations, tastings, and discounts based on OrderPort club membership or guest attributes. View Tock reservations in your OrderPort dashboard to increase guest insights for your team.
Tock’s OrderPort integration helps to manage your business’ guest directory and does not support financial reporting. We recommend reconciling Tock finances using Tock reports, and alternatively reconciling OrderPort finances using OrderPort reports.

FAQ
How does the integration work?
- When a reservation is booked (or updated) in Tock, reservation details will push into OrderPort in real-time.
- When club member details are updated in your OrderPort system, the associated guest’s Tock tags will be updated in real-time.
What information is pushed from OrderPort to Tock?
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- A list of tags representing the wine club name(s)
Will all guest information sync when initially connected?
No; The integration does not sync the entire list of guests between Tock and OrderPort which means lists may not match in both systems. Updates are pushed when a customer is created/updated/memberships change.
How often is data synced between OrderPort and Tock?
Tock and OrderPort syncs data in real-time. Updates on any of the following wine club events will sync to Tock:
- Join – Adds wine club name to the tag list
- Cancel – Removes the wine club name from the tag list
- Switch – Removes the old wine club name and adds the new wine club name to the tag list
Can a Tock reservation be modified from OrderPort?
No, reservation details are available in the OrderPort system as read-only. However, if there is a balance due for the guest visit, payment can be processed for the order within OrderPort.
A link is available in OrderPort that will open the reservation in the Tock dashboard, where it can be modified. Changes will then sync back to OrderPort.
How should walk-ins be handled?
- Walk-ins will need to be manually seated in both Tock and the OrderPort POS app.
- An OrderPort POS order will be automatically started for the walk-in party.
- Walk-ins without first name, last name and email address will not create a new customer record.
- Walk-in reservations can be edited in OrderPort, including addition of new items. Payments for the walk-in order can be processed in Orderport.
- If party status or guest count changes to the walk-in within Tock, those updates will not display in the OrderPort walk-in order. Updates will need to be made manually in OrderPort.
