Eliminate manual work

  • Automatic creation of Tock reservations for each newly created “tentative” or “definite” Tripleseat event.
  • Automatic update of Tock reservations when a Tripleseat event is updated or marked as “lost.”

Protect against overbookings

  • Map Tock tables to Tripleseat rooms to enable automatic reservation assignments.
  • Tripleseat reservations created automatically in Tock are counted in pacing limits, further preventing potential overbookings. Individual reservations can be manually updated to be excluded from pacing within the Tock Dashboard.
  • Get an automatic notification when an overbooking does occur, empowering your team to reassign reservations as needed, and ensure a successful service for both events and standard bookings.
Note: Businesses using Blueprint Reservation Management may need to manually manage bookings through Tripleseat as new slots are created.

Improve event visibility and team communication

  • Automatic Tock reservation updates, based on Tripleseat edits, ensure your team has up-to-date event information at all times.
  • Tock reservations reflect Tripleseat event information, including:
    • Event contact name
    • Event guest count
    • Tripleseat origin
    • Reservation visit notes, including:
      • Event name
      • Event start and end times
      • Event setup and teardown times
      • Event status
